NO RUNNING cardio workout

If you aren’t a big runner, this workout is perfect for getting your cardio on. It should be repeated once and should take about 18-20 minutes.

  • 1 minute of jogging
  • 1 minute of mountain climbers
  • 1 minute of jump rope
  • 1 minute of jumping jacks
  • 1 minute of high skips
  • 1 minute of butt kicks
  • 1 minute of front kicks
  • 1 minute of high knees
